We begin with a relaxed 30-minute Creative Vision Call where I get to know you, your venue, and the atmosphere you want to create. We’ll talk about colours, textures, and the feeling you want your flowers to evoke.
This is a no-pressure conversation to see if we’re the right fit.
Step Two
Proposal & Concept
After our call, I’ll design a personalised floral proposal that includes:
A visual moodboard
A description of your floral concept
A detailed quote
This proposal gives you a clear sense of how your flowers will look, feel, and transform your space.
Step Three Planning & Refinement
Once you decide to move forward and secure your booking* in my calendar. We’ll meet again closer to your wedding to refine all the details, confirming seasonal blooms, logistics, timings, and any special touches. I’ll also stay in touch throughout your planning process to ensure everything aligns with your evolving vision.
Step Four Creation & Installation
On your wedding day, I will be on-site to deliver and install your florals. Every floral piece is placed with intention, so the design flows beautifully across your day.
I’ll return to professionally dismantle and clear all floral elements, leaving your space exactly as required and allowing you to focus on the joy.
I also offer a service to repurpose your florals the next morning for you and your guests to enjoy long after.
